Airport

The closest airport is Brussels International Airport Zaventem. By public transport, the hotel (red circle) is about 30 min away.

Train from airport
The easiest (as not dependent on traffic) way to get into Brussels is by train: when leaving the arrival area gate, go right towards the staircase, the train station is on the bottom floor. Take the train to Brussels Nord (blue circle), then, it's 9 min walk (850m).

Train tickets can be purchased on the ticket machines at the entrance to the station. If you want to skip the queues, use the SNCB/ NMBS app that you can download on to your smartphone. Please note it takes a moment to purchase the ticket, so best to do it at home.

Bus airport- hotel
Take bus 620 from Perron A at Zaventem, 26 stops, to Botanique/ Kruidtuin and walk 2 min.

Thalys- Bruxelles Midi/ Brussels South
Should you arrive by Thalys, take the metro line No 6 (blue line) direction Elisabeth till Botanique/ Kruidtuin.

23rd January Successful applications will be notified and asked to accept their place and to make travel arrangements

28th January Last day to accept your place, afterwards remaining places will be filled from the waiting list

22nd- 24th March See you in Brussels!

24th March You will receive instructions for reimbursement of your travel expenses

7th April Deadline for first batch of travel reimbursement

21st April 2019 Final deadline for travel reimbursement
